Job summary

Bison Group LLC is seeking a Disclosure Representative to support controlled information disclosure and release decisions in accordance with U.S. policy.

The role requires handling foreign disclosure requests, verifying classification markings, and maintaining archives of disclosure actions. Ideal candidates have TS/SCI with Poly, a minimum of five years’ experience in related work, and familiarity with ODNI/IC standards.

Qualifications

• Security clearance TS/SCI with Poly
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
• Preferred qualifications include 8 years of experience with recent work in the last 2 years
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area is preferred

Responsibilities

• Explain and apply information from National Disclosure Policy-1 and IC guidance.
• Process foreign disclosure requests and propose recommendations per U.S. policies.
• Review products for release and ensure sources are identified and properly cited.
• Maintain record archives of disclosure requests and adjudications.
• Possess deep knowledge of IC and DoD policies for determining releasability of classified information.
