Aether Aerospace is seeking a Journeyman Foreign Disclosure Analyst to support a major NAVAIR program office in Patuxent River, MD. The selected candidate will review and document the release of information to international participants and provide policy guidance to the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO).

The role requires 5+ years of foreign disclosure experience, proficiency with SharePoint and MS Office, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Foreign Disclosure experience with HS diploma.
• Experience with document tracking systems and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills for policy and technical documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain logs and updates.
• Team-oriented with ability to mentor junior members.

Responsabilités

• Review and document release of information for international participants.
• Support FDO with policy and procedure development.
• Track document status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Upload documents to SharePoint Online and ensure proper storefront tracking.
• Take notes during meetings and provide feedback to team lead.
• Assist with FMS case development and provide disclosure guidance.
