Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is looking for a knowledgeable Foreclosure/Title Attorney in Cary, NC. The candidate will manage foreclosure matters, including title review and resolution of issues regarding default properties while complying with North Carolina laws.

The ideal candidate should hold a Juris Doctorate, prefer 3+ years of experience, and be a member of the North Carolina State Bar.

Strong written communication, client service, and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Member in good standing of the North Carolina State Bar.
• Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.

Responsibilities

• Review title reports to identify defects impacting foreclosure proceedings.
• Analyze and resolve title issues, relating to legal description, liens, judgments, and ownership discrepancies.
• Perform title curative work, including reviewing affidavits, satisfactions, deeds, releases, and other corrective instruments.

Requirements
