Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Foreclosure Specialist or in a related field.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and investor foreclosure requirements.
• Ability to manage complex foreclosure cases and resolve escalated issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of foreclosure accounts, reviewing loan documentation and deadlines.
• Oversee preparation and execution of legal documents for judicial foreclosures.
• Communicate with attorneys, property vendors, and other service providers.
• Ensure actions comply with federal, state, and investor requirements.
• Calculate financial figures like judgments and bid amounts.
• Identify process improvements and help develop policies.
• Mentor Entry-Level Foreclosure Specialists.
• Lead special projects related to foreclosure processes or system enhancements.
