Job summary

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist for Non-Judicial States to support attorneys in our Georgia division. The role involves preparing documents for attorney review, moving files via client communications, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in lender processing within the legal domain, be familiar with major case management systems, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in lender processing or other default services processing within the legal domain.
• Familiarity with Case Aware, Perfect Practice, Black Knight, Tempo is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrowers, clients, attorneys, and outside parties.

Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents for attorney review in preparation of sale.
• Respond to a high volume of email correspondence in a timely, courteous manner.
• Communicate with clients in client systems and via email.
• Provide regular client status updates and follow up on outstanding documents.
• Maintain team documents and draft correspondence with clients and other agencies.
• Handle phone calls from prospective purchasers, borrowers, or lenders.

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist for Non-Judicial States to work in our Georgia division. The Foreclosure Specialist will be responsible for supporting attorneys with movement of files via communication with the clients, initial preparation of documents for attorney review, completion of steps in client and case management systems, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry requirements.

Requirements

• Drafting legal documents for attorney review in preparation of sale.
• Ensuring timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.
• Communicate with client(s) in the respective client system(s) and via email.
• Provide regular and timely client status updates, as well as continual follow-up on outstanding documents and or services.
• Maintain information related to specific team documents.
• Draft correspondence with clients and other agencies involved in foreclosure process.
• Answer phone calls from prospective purchasers and or borrowers or lenders.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in lender processing or other default services processing within the legal domain.
• Preferably familiar with client and case management systems like Case Aware, Perfect Practice, Black Knight, and Tempo.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
• Demonstrates a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrowers, clients, attorneys and outside parties.
• Capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience with SCRA and proficiency with electronic databases would be advantageous
