CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Foreclosure Post Sales Processor in Phoenix, onsite. You will manage post-foreclosure tasks to ensure compliance, accurate disbursements, and proper title transfers following sales.

The role requires at least 1 year in mortgage servicing or foreclosure processing, proficiency with 10-Key and MS Office, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment across AZ, CA, and NV.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage servicing, escrow, or foreclosure processing.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet strict deadlines.
• Advanced 10-Key proficiency and typing speed of 50+ WPM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process post-foreclosure sale accounts in Arizona, California, and Nevada.
• Complete conveyances to FHA and VA following finalized foreclosure sales.
• Prepare and process disbursements for third-party foreclosure sales.
• Issue Trustee’s Deeds and manage Deed in Lieu transactions from initiation through completion.
• Review title and foreclosure documentation and navigate servicer systems for accuracy and compliance.

Compensation & Schedule

• $24.00 per hour
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-Time

Role Impact

The Foreclosure Post Sales Processor ensures foreclosure files are accurately finalized and properly conveyed following sale. This role directly supports compliance, loss mitigation, and revenue protection by managing post-sale documentation, disbursements, and title transfers. Success in this position means meeting strict deadlines, maintaining accuracy across multiple states, and ensuring all regulatory and investor guidelines are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process post-foreclosure sale accounts in Arizona, California, and Nevada
• Complete conveyances to FHA (Federal Housing Administration) and VA (Department of Veterans Affairs) following finalized foreclosure sales
• Prepare and process disbursements for third-party foreclosure sales
• Issue Trustee’s Deeds and manage Deed in Lieu transactions from initiation through completion
• Review title and foreclosure documentation and navigate servicer internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
