Friedman Vartolo LLP in Philadelphia seeks an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to support our real estate default practice. You will manage foreclosure matters from referral through conclusion and assist with title orders, payoffs, deeds, and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in foreclosure, strong organizational and writing skills, and comfort coordinating with clients and attorneys. This role offers competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment in our Philadelphia office.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2-year related foreclosure experience.
• Broad knowledge of real estate default services.
• Experience in LPS, Caseaware, Tempo is a plus.
• Superior organizational, research, and writing skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Independent, deadline-driven.
• Able to manage a heavy workload.
• Confident and comfortable on the phone.
• Works well under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• E-filing with various court systems.
• Document recording.
• Maintain client and case files.
• Correspond with and update clients.
• Maintain filing/document system.
• Organize calendars and meet deadlines.
• Archive documents for litigations.
• Prepare reports for attorneys.
• Support department and firm needs.
