Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years foreclosure or mortgage default related experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, RESPA, FFDCPA, GLBA, and applicable foreclosure laws.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).

Responsibilities

• Process and review foreclosure files, including claims and documentation.
• Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, title companies, and other stakeholders for timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations related to foreclosures.
• Provide quality control review for document execution of foreclosure documents.
• Handle calculation and preparation of foreclosure judgement figures and state documents.
