Job summary

Getzville, New York-based role within M&T Bank's Default Servicing (CAM) group seeks a skilled analyst to lead and participate in projects, develop reports, and support risk and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Business Banking, Commercial, Mortgage, and Retail teams, perform data analyses, draft procedures, and ensure CAM operations stay accurate and compliant; associate degree or 3+ years of related experience required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and at least 3 years’ related experience.
• 5+ years combined higher education and/or work experience with 3+ years in collections/default servicing.
• Proven analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as resource in CAM and represent business practices and interests in various projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interact with partners across Banking platforms to leverage technology, system enhancements and projects while representing CAM needs.
• Develop and produce non-routine departmental reports and analyses for CAM.
• Conduct non-routine data review, research, and reconciliation for CAM.
• Draft and edit procedures related to CAM to maintain currency.
• Support departmental audits, user certifications and compliance testing for CAM.
• Lead and participate in planning, testing and implementing new projects, systems, products and regulatory changes impacting CAM.
