Qualifications

• 5+ years in motion practice of contested matters.
• Admitted to PA bar; NJ/NY admission a plus.
• Litigation and appellate advocacy experience required.
• Experience handling foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction appearances in PA.
• Superior appellate writing, research, and analytic skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Able to manage a heavy workload.

Responsibilities

• Appearing on a wide range of court appearances
• Drafting of motions, briefs, and memorandums of law
• Conducting legal research
• Responding to discovery requests and pleadings
• Maintaining responsibility for all aspects of respective contested cases, including devising legal strategies and executing on legal strategies
• Completing initial review of documents related to highly litigated cases
• Oversee support staff and review their work
