Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college or mortgage/financial services experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with foreclosure documents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, execute and audit foreclosure documents for accuracy.
• Analyze affidavits and other execution documents in foreclosure process.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Document actions, rejections and correspondence in LSAMS and LPS.
• Appear at depositions or non-jury trials as needed.
