Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing in Kansas.
• 2+ years of foreclosure experience preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of foreclosure and title matters from referral through resolution.
• Handle complex title issues, including quiet title actions and related claims.
• Review loan documents, title reports, payment histories, and pleadings.
• Draft motions, objections, affidavits, orders, and correspondence.
• Attend hearings, settlement conferences, and court appearances (in person and remote).
• Provide regular client updates and collaborate with internal teams.
