Autodesk is seeking an Analytics Engineer to build the data models behind forecast, revenue and leadership dashboards. You will work on Snowflake using dbt, turning sales, subscription and hierarchy data into trusted models for analysts and sales leaders.

This hands-on role requires collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining tested datasets, and owning data quality, version control, and CI processes. Remote US role; central or eastern time preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering or BI development.
• Dbt in production with tests and documentation.
• Strong SQL with window functions and incremental models on Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model: accounts, opportunities, line items, ownership.
• Ability to explain data problems to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain dbt models on Snowflake with Salesforce, subscription, billing, hierarchy and forecast data.
• Model data with a clear grain, stable keys and definitions per metric dictionary.
• Maintain history to reproduce published numbers as of a given date.
• Manage mapping between accounts, territories, sellers and sales hierarchy.
• Reconcile data to Salesforce and Finance and diagnose discrepancies.
• Develop datasets for weekly forecast packs, business reviews and leadership dashboards.
• Add tests and monitoring for freshness, completeness and accuracy.
• Explain data issues and trade-offs to partners and agree on fixes.
• Work in version control with code review and CI.
