Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of product shrink and damages forecasting and mitigation.
• Build scalable forecasting and segmentation approaches including geospatial components.
• Create automated analytics workflows covering SQL/Python code to reports or dashboards.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to define business questions and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate model results and insights to non-technical stakeholders via PowerPoint or PowerBI.
