Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Planning Analyst to perform detailed analysis for multiple business segments, assisting with forecasts for sales, warehousing, and raw fruit needs. You will schedule production plants and transfers to offsite warehouses, while managing inventory levels throughout the year.

Compensation ranges from $71,000 to $80,000 with a 5% bonus potential. Final pay depends on skills and experience, and a competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a planning and/or forecasting role.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal sales team on matching supply availability to demand requests.
• Assist in developing sales ramp plan to successfully launch the season.
• Manage transfers of raw fruit and/or finished goods to and from outside warehouses.
• Create daily inventory position reports for management team.
• Create and maintain the available to sell tool.
• Track and manage finished goods expirations.
• Support Fresh, Arils, and Beverage supply planning.
• Track and analyze daily production yield to identify trends and make suggestions.
• Implement lean and continuous improvement tools in daily tasks.
