Jenkins & Wynne Ford in Clarksville, Tennessee, is seeking an experienced Ford Service Technician to join our hands-on service team. You will diagnose, service, and repair Ford vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and work withFord diagnostic tools to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive service technician is required.
• Ford manufacturer certification is preferred.
• Experience with Ford diagnostic systems is a plus.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, service, and repair Ford vehicles per manufacturer specs.
• Perform routine maintenance and warranty repairs.
• Use Ford diagnostic equipment and resources to troubleshoot.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance, electrical, and mechanical issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair Ford vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and complex mechanical and electrical diagnostics.

• Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment, tools, and technical resources.

• Identify and troubleshoot vehicle performance, electrical, and mechanical concerns.

• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Document repairs and recommendations clearly on repair orders.

• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service technician experience required.

• Ford manufacturer certification preferred.

• Experience with Ford diagnostic systems and repair procedures is a plus.

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to perform repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing quality work.

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
