Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights is seeking a Senior Master Ford Technician (Flat Rate) to diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles at our Sterling Heights dealership. The ideal candidate will bring Ford Master certification, strong diagnostic skills, and extensive dealer experience to ensure top-quality service.

Qualifications

• Current Ford Senior Master Certification required.
• Experience in Ford dealership service environments.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities on modern vehicles.
• Experience with Ford systems, tech, and repair procedures.
• Familiar with flat-rate production expectations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, ADAS, and hybrid technologies.
• Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards.
• Complete all work in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer requirements.
• Conduct road tests and quality control inspections to ensure repairs are completed correctly.
• Document diagnostics, repair procedures, and labor operations.
• Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians when needed.
• Maintain required tools and a safe, organized work environment.
