Job summary

Bob Bell Ford of Bel Air is looking for a Quick Lube Service Technician to perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will conduct multi-point inspections, report findings to service advisors, replace worn parts, and keep precise records.

This role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license; ASE certification or training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• ASE certification or technical training is a plus but not required.
• Positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and fluid top-offs.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors.
• Replace air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive service experience.
