Job summary

North Central Ford is seeking a Service Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance in line with dealer and factory standards. The role includes supervising any apprentice technician and ensuring timely, quality work.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of automotive technician experience, ASE or factory training, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ford brand experience is a plus; tenure bonuses and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High CSI is required.
• ASE or manufacturing training preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and work on repairs per dealer standards.
• Perform diagnosed repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with parts to obtain needed items.
• Oversee apprentices, ensuring safe, quality work.
