Sonju Ford is seeking a Master Technician to join our busy North Shore service team in Minneapolis. The role commands premium pay and Ford Master certification, with a focus on diagnosing and repairing complex powertrain, electrical, and drivability systems.

You’ll work in a high-volume service lane with top-tier training, modern equipment, and strong dispatch. Earn $55/hour based on experience, production, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master Ford technicians are expected to diagnose and repair complex systems across powertrain, electrical, and drivability.
• Proven diagnostic ability and the capacity to work independently.
• Able to mentor others and lead from the front.

Responsibilities
