Job summary

Chapman Ford is seeking an experienced Ford Master Technician to join our busy, air-conditioned shop and support staff. This role requires a PA emissions/inspection license and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

You’ll work with a strong team of advisors, warranty administrators, foremen, and parts personnel in a well-established family-owned business. Qualified candidates with multiple Masters and Ford Senior Master credentials will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Multiple Masters preferred.
• Ford Senior Master a plus.
• PA Emission/Inspection License required.
• Valid Driver’s License with no major violations within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide Ford Master Technician services to a busy, well-equipped shop.
• Maintain high quality and customer satisfaction while working with experienced advisors and parts staff.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient vehicle repair and maintenance.
