Job summary

Hutchinson Automotive Group in Forsyth, GA is seeking a Ford Master Certified Technician to join our growing service team. You will perform repairs per repair orders, diagnose issues, and communicate with parts to obtain components.

You will also supervise apprentices and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced dealership environment. We offer an incentive pay plan with a bonus up to $5,000 and a lucrative annual earnings range from $100,000 to $120,000, depending on performance and hours

Qualifications

• Ford Master Certified Technician required.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver high customer service.
• Familiarity with shop equipment and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work per repair order to dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Document all work on repair orders and test drive as needed.
• Supervise apprentices as assigned and maintain safe shop environment.
