Job summary

Hutchinson Automotive Group in Georgia is looking for Ford Master Certified Technicians to support our growing Ford, GMC, Kia, and Toyota operations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction while maintaining dealership standards.

Earn a competitive annual salary ($100,000–$120,000) with a bonus up to $5,000, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K. You will diagnose, repair, and communicate effectively with customers and parts staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a Ford Master Certified Technician.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer.
• Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals.
• Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
