T & J Ford in Ville Platte, LA is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform high‑quality mechanical repairs, advanced diagnostics, and routine maintenance across Ford vehicles in our modern service department. We value a reliable team player with 2+ years of technician experience, a valid driver’s license, and ASE or Ford certifications preferred.

This full‑time role offers pay from $15.00 to $40.00 per hour, with Monday–Friday schedules and Saturdays/Sundays off, plus paid Ford

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE or Ford certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of service technician experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Repair and diagnose vehicles per repair orders.
• Test-drive and verify repairs.
• Maintain and service vehicle systems including engine, electrical and brakes.
• Communicate with service advisor on repairs.
