Job summary

Lindquist Ford, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Iowa team. You will perform work on repair orders, diagnose necessary repairs, and communicate with the Service Advisor about estimates and timelines.

Qualifications

2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
ASE or Ford certification preferred; Ford Certification is a plus.
Ford dealership experience preferred.
Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair skills required.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency.
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and equipment.
Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, etc.).
Communicate with Service Advisor about estimates and additional needed work.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
