Job summary

Sarasota Ford is seeking a Ford Certified Service Technician with ASE and Ford certifications to join a growing team in Sarasota, FL. The right candidate will diagnose and repair vehicles, perform service per repair orders, and communicate with the Service Advisor about recommended additional work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• ASE Certification required with Ford Certification highly valued.
• Master Ford Certification earns a sign-on bonus and top-tier pay.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders with efficiency per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Inform customers of needed additional repairs and provide time estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
