Job summary

Randall Reed's Planet Ford 635 is seeking a Senior Master Technician certified by Ford to perform a broad spectrum of mechanical services on diverse vehicle models. You will diagnose complex issues, repair them, and deliver top-tier workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have a strong automotive background, Ford MS/ASE certifications, and at least five years of experience, with Master Technician credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have Ford Certification and ASE Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive experience; Master Technician preferred.
• Ford dealership experience required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure all work is completed to Ford manufacturer standards and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and address concerns.
