Qualifications

• Ford Certification is required or preferred.
• Experience in a Ford dealership is a plus.
• At least 1 year of fleet or dealership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent and PA inspection/emissions licenses.
• CDL certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Read job orders, observe and listen to vehicle operation to resolve malfunctions.
• Follow checklists and examine safety devices on trucks.
• Test-drive vehicles to ensure smooth operation.
• Attend training classes and review factory bulletins.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to improve satisfaction.
• Complete all service and repairs as assigned by supervisor.
• Adhere to safety requirements and documented procedures.
• Participate in technical training as directed by management.
• Keep workspace organized and clean.
• Ensure guest vehicles are returned clean and cared for.
• Demonstrate courtesy to guests and dealership staff.
• Aim to achieve production objectives and follow labor and warranty policies.
• Perform any other duties as outlined by management.
