Job summary

Mac Haik Ford of Georgetown is seeking a Ford Certified Collision Technician to join our growing dealership team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on repairing damaged parts, coordinating with the parts department, and documenting work accurately to uphold quality standards.

Applicants should have prior dealership experience, Ford certification, and ASE certification is a plus. A high school diploma and a clean driving record are required; vocational training is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Ford Certified
• Previous experience in a Ford dealership is a plus
• ASE Certification is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Past dealership experience required
• Past collision center experience is required
• Completion of vocational program preferred, but not required
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Determine and repair damaged parts
• Communicate status of repairs clearly to body shop manager
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
• Document all repairs performed
• Document all materials used
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
