Job summary

PrairieLand Partners (AVE-PLP, LLC) is seeking a service technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on forage equipment. You'll work under supervision, follow manuals, and keep customers informed on work performed.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varied conditions. Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of service repair experience preferred.
• Experience with forage equipment or heavy machinery preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance on forage equipment.
• Follow Technical Manual procedures for repairs.
• Communicate with customers about work performed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper tool usage.
• Keep knowledge of John Deere and competitive products up to date.
