GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate provides exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences, establishing For Eyes as the premier destination for vision needs in your community.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver sales targets and company objectives by nurturing existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames, taking optical measurements, and ensuring optimal vision solutions.
• Conduct measurements with appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, maintaining professional relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Adaptability to new technology and processes with high accuracy
• Strong sales skills and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly
