GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience. This role helps establish For Eyes as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently deliver sales goals by cultivating relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships.
• Maintain attractive and organized displays and inventory.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, calculators, and basic math
• Adaptability to new technology with high accuracy
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking ability in a dynamic environment
