Michael Kors is seeking a Technical Development Support coordinator to manage samples, schedule fit sessions, and track development milestones from prototype to production.

You will partner with Technical Development, Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Production, Quality, and factory partners to keep timelines on track and maintain accurate records in company systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in footwear, product development, or related field.
• Internship in footwear or consumer products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample management and fit session logistics across multiple footwear categories.
• Track development milestones, comments, and approvals to ensure on-time execution.
• Maintain development trackers, logs, and weekly status summaries.
• Provide cross-functional support and administrative coordination for the technical team.
