Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member in Washington to join our store family. You will help customers select footwear and apparel, build complete looks, and ensure seamless online order fulfillment with accurate picking, packing, and shipping.

This role emphasizes energetic service, sales engagement, and collaboration with teammates to hit store goals. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow and advance within the Foot Locker

• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team oriented environment.
• Have a solution-oriented mindset.
• Jump in where needed to support the team.
