• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers to understand shopping needs and provide knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert to ensure smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and engaged when they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, credit card enrollment).
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect, adhering to safety and procedures.
