Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and provide clear, accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as subject matter expert for store area.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
• Promotes participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty, private label card).
• Creates an inclusive store environment with respect for all teammates and athletes, compliant with safety and loss prevention policies.
