DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist - Footwear to drive sales, support teammates, and deliver a personalized, athlete-first shopping experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment built on teamwork and service.

You will engage athletes, share product knowledge, onboard and train new teammates, maintain merchandising standards, and help welcome every customer. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience are preferred; starting pay ranges

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage athletes to understand needs and drive sales with product knowledge.
• Assist onboarding and training of new teammates as area expert.
• Maintain athlete-first mindset and ensure products are ready for purchase.
• Uphold merchandising standards and floor presentation.
• Promote loyalty programs and warranty/credit card enrollment.
• Create an inclusive store environment and follow safety and operating policies.
