The role emphasizes friendly communication, attention to detail in pricing and signage, and a strong merchandising focus. This part-time position supports a dynamic, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and associates
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Replenish product on shelves as required per Merchandising guidelines.
• Remain product expert through knowledge training.
• Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales; maintain pricing and signing.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Restock merchandise as required.
• Keep work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Provide a legendary experience by helping customers identify needs and make buying decisions, make product recommendations, and promote programs like CLUB Membership and in-store pick-up.
