Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience at our Austell, GA location. You will support promotions, merchandise presentation, and accurate POS transactions while helping customers find the right footwear fit.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience following service standards.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and stock presentation.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock and cleanliness.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Participate in inventory, shipping/receiving, and floor merchandising.
• Process sales and POS transactions per policy and ensure shoes are mates.
