Job summary

Bass Pro Shops, located in Woodbury, MN, is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, share product knowledge, and assist with merchandising and sales. You will help customers identify needs and make product recommendations while maintaining store presentation.

Role requires high school education, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to operate a POS system. Part-time, with benefits as described in the store program.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a prompt, friendly approach.
• Demonstrate products and provide information to customers.
• Replenish and stock shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge through training and stay informed on advertised sales.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and price/signage accuracy.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by assessing needs and making product recommendations.
