Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead in Ohio to deliver the Famous Footwear experience. You will coach teammates, drive sales, and manage daily store operations to create a welcoming environment and help customers find the right styles.

You will embody the brand, mentor associates, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture while meeting store goals and maintaining store presentation and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Has basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales with accountability and goal focus to contribute to store performance.
• Manage store operations, pricing, inventory, and opening/closing procedures with attention to detail.
