Job summary

Scheels All Sports in Bismarck, ND is seeking a friendly sales associate to greet customers, understand needs, and guide them to products. You will promote Scheels Visa, maintain merchandising, and assist with freight and inventory.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–3 months of sales experience; schedule includes evenings and weekends, with about 20–25 hours weekly. You will participate in product training, support team efforts, and use Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and AS400

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1-3 months of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
Engage with customers, identify needs, and guide them to appropriate products.
Promote Scheels Visa Credit Card and up-sell to meet sales goals.
Maintain a positive end-user experience based on purchased products.
Support team with freight processing and inventory restocking.
Demonstrate product usage and retrieve items from heights.
Attend product training and store meetings; assist in training new associates.
Navigate PC and handheld inventory scanner; use MS Office, Google apps, and AS400.
