Famous Footwear in Manchester, NH is seeking an energetic retail associate to join our team and help customers find the perfect shoes. You will manage daily store tasks, keep the shop clean and organized, and ensure our famous styles are easy to shop.

You will also engage with customers to deliver outstanding service, meet sales goals, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture through teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment, inventory) are dialed in.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences.
• Review store performance and drive sales with clear, timely communication.
• Maintain integrity with company policies and pursue professional development.
