Job summary

Shoe Carnival is hiring a Store Associate in Indianapolis, IN. You will greet customers, help them find shoes and accessories, and operate the register with cash handling and basic math. Maintain neat displays and stock levels while sharing promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as required.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help finding shoes and accessories.
• Operate the register; handle cash, give change, and process returns.
• Use basic math for transactions and counting.
• Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers.
• Keep displays neat, organized and well-stocked.
• Support loss prevention and store cleanliness.
