CPC ARDOR COLLECTION is seeking a motivated Footwear Sales Assistant to join our team. You will support the sales process, assist customers, and help manage product and order operations in a fast-paced footwear environment.

The ideal candidate has retail or sales support experience, strong communication skills, and excellent organization. You will contribute to inventory upkeep, order processing, and customer service while collaborating with a friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing customer orders and inquiries.
• Communicate with clients about product availability, samples, CADs, and shipments.
• Support sales with order tracking, follow-ups, and price verification.
• Maintain weekly inventory levels for accurate stock records.
• Prepare and update product information, catalogs, and order sheets.
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including labeling and carrier pickups.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Footwear Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales process, assist customers, and help manage product and order operations within a fast-paced footwear environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing customer orders and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with clients regarding product availability, samples, CADs, and shipment updates
• Support the sales team with order tracking, follow-ups, price verification, and status updates
• Maintain and update weekly inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records
• Prepare and update product information, sales catalogs, and order line sheets
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including routing, generating shipping labels, and scheduling carrier pickups

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, sales support, or footwear/apparel industry preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar tools
