Qualifications

• Background in footwear and quality inspection is a plus.
• Accurate color matching and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on finished goods to ensure conformance to standards.
• Reduce defective product escapes and document results digitally.
• Stay aligned with New Balance quality standards and inspection guidelines.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders and act as SME within the department.
• Move product physically and digitally through the department and process improvements.
