Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in product compliance/testing, ideally in apparel and footwear.
• Knowledge of industry testing methods/standards (SATRA, ISO, ASTM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Analyze test results to inform decisions and improve product creation.
• Develop new testing methods and update standards.
• Review Marketing Claims and Labeling for compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal and labs to ensure global compliance.
• Lead testing communications with cross-functional teams.
• Provide regulatory guidance for footwear and related items.
• Monitor global regulations to keep testing matrices up to date.
