• Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits clearly.
• Engage with customers to assist in buying decisions and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Attend product training and store meetings; maintain professional appearance on the floor.
• Support in freight/stocking duties and other assigned tasks as needed.
