Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform basic math and understand percentages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding through the sale.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing Internal Flash Reports.
• Keep backstock organized and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
• Ensure products are accurately displayed with price tags, stickers, and signage.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with store associates, campus, and vendors.
• Ensure work area is clean, organized, and safe.
• Work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; participate in product knowledge meetings.
