Laceless Design is seeking a Footwear Designer to oversee end-to-end development from initial concept through final production. You will translate trend insights into production-ready designs and collaborate with senior designers, textile specialists, and product developers.

You will lead CAD, 3D footwear software, and PLM tooling, evaluate prototypes for fit, and deliver compelling, market-ready footwear with strong visual communication and color theory mastery.

Formación

• 5–7 years of footwear design experience.
• Background in footwear design and product development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Creative Cloud.
• Experience with CAD modeling, 3D footwear software, technical drawing platforms, PLM.
• Knowledge of trend forecasting, materials, and color theory.
• Strong visual communication and design presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades
